BRIEF:
Support with the planning and execution of high level concierge services to clients and VIP guests throughout the Festival. To further implement an efficient and streamlined process and detailed post event reporting.
DELIVERED:
TM Events supported Media Link with bespoke concierge services for their team and VIP guests throughout the Festival by leveraging their longstanding connections across the South of France, including private client dinners, branded networking events, activations and all onsite last minute requests. TM Travel organised travel and transfers and supported the events team with accommodation requests.
