An event to bring Gulf Oil’s European Customer’s to one place for 2 days of meetings, dinners and activities.
DELIVERED:
TM Events took charge of overseeing and coordinating every aspect of the event, from securing a hotel with a convenient event space near Heathrow Airport to managing rooming lists, branding, dressing arrangements, F&B logistics, and AV requirements. With 11 Italian attendees in mind, TMG also organized translation services to ensure an inclusive event. Attendees were welcomed with Gulf Oil branded merchandise upon arrival at the venue.
The evenings were nothing short of spectacular, featuring a pre-dinner drinks reception with a mesmerising magician, followed by an elegant sit-down 3-course dinner. Additionally, a highlight of the event was an unforgettable visit to the Williams Racing factory and museum. This exclusive experience included a tour, an e-simulator experience, and a gala dinner against the impressive backdrop of the racing Musuem.
