BRIEF:
Inaugural Kick-Off, week long event in Las Vegas for 1,200 employees traveling in from 10 cities. To include meetings and company strategy updates, inspiring speakers and connection based activities and socials.
DELIVERED:
TM Events were tasked with managing and producing all event and travel logistics for 1,2000 guests from North and South America for a 4 day offsite filled with motivational speakers, inspiring company sessions, 15 breakout sessions, including social events of a live band pool party with activations, karaoke and dancing. TM Events sourced and managed all hotel logistics including accommodation, F&B, and meeting spaces as well as facilitated meeting and social activations, entertainment and managed in-house AV and production design. TM Studio beautifully conceptualized the main stage design along with the event concept to include natural materials to provide an earthy aesthetic.
