Boutique Investment Bank Summer Offsite
BRIEF:
To project manage the planning, curation and execution of a Company Offsite, including the management of all logistics surrounding a venue buyout, bespoke catering and entertainment options.
DELIVERED:
TM Events delivered a two day Company Offsite for a boutique investment bank at Heckfield Place, an 18th century Georgian manor. All aspects were handled from concept through to onsite execution, including venue contacting, budget management, rooming list management, F&B planning, AV and production management and curated bespoke company SWAG for the guests. Team activities included the annual team football match, a private movie screening, afternoon teas, fireside chats, client entertainment and management of spa appointments.
