BRIEF:
A company retreat with the aim to provide employees with opportunities to develop deeper connections with the company mission and each other, in a refreshing, out-of-office setting.
DELIVERED:
TM Events were tasked with managing and producing all event and travel logistics for 600 guests for the 4 day company retreat to Mexico, filled with various on-resort and off-resort activities, happy hours, dine-arounds and after parties. We sourced and managed all hotel logistics including accommodation, F&B, relevant security requirements, and on-resort venue spaces for activities, as well as facilitating all decor and branding elements throughout the resort and at the night time events. TM Travel managed multiple charter flights, group and individual flight bookings, as well as all on ground transfers. TM Studio created the event’s visual identity using their existing logo that was then implemented across all event branding and technology.
