BRIEF:

To plan and produce an annual conference for over 250 executives over the course of three days. Support with all elements of event management and logistics to execute their agenda, whilst supporting with their flight, transfer and hotel requirements.

DELIVERED:

TM Events sourced, contracted and managed the hotel. The agenda was compact, consisting of welcome drinks, a gala dinner, after dinner socials and activities, that surrounded a two day conference, key speakers and breakout sessions. In addition to the main event, we managed the organisation of four offshoots on the shoulder nights of the main event.
